How it works

Install, wait a second, open.

  1. Install it

    One command, one docker-compose.yml, or a template for Unraid, CasaOS, Coolify, Dokploy or Portainer.

  2. It finds your databases

    The engine, the version, where the data lives, what uses it and what needs attention, and it follows containers as they come and go.

  3. Open them

    It suggests the user and database from the container and joins the right network. Browse, edit and query, alone or as a team.

Security

It reads. It doesn't take over.

Wharfbase never holds the Docker socket. The socket-guard does, and passes only the calls on its list.

  • Runs as uid 10001 with no capabilities and a read-only filesystem
  • Database passwords encrypted with AES-256-GCM, the key kept apart
  • An audit log that shows tampering, reviewed against OWASP ASVS L2
  • Telemetry off. Nothing about your server leaves it.
