Refund policy

New purchases: 14 days, no questions
- Pro and Team subscriptions: a full refund within 14 days of the first payment. The subscription is cancelled, and the license ends when the refund is made.
- Annual renewals: a full refund within 14 days of the renewal charge. Same result.
- Founder: a full refund within 14 days of the purchase. The license is revoked when the refund is made, and its place goes back to the 500 on offer.
To ask, write to [email address] from the address you bought with, or reply to your receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 10 days.
Monthly renewals
Monthly renewals aren’t refunded. Cancel any time from your account page, and the plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.
What happens to your instance
When a license ends, Wharfbase goes back to the Community plan. Nothing is deleted. Databases over Community’s limits are kept but locked until you choose which stay active, and premium features are switched off, with their settings kept for when you renew.
Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. A license key is digital content that we deliver right away, so at checkout you agree that delivery starts at once. That ends the statutory right of withdrawal, but the 14-day refunds above still apply.
